We were honored to be selected by Aluxa Homes to build their swimming pool for the 2018 Parade of Homes located in the Travisso neighborhood in Leander, TX.  We also designed the backyard layout, decks, and kitchen area. 

This beautiful pool is loaded with some amazing water and light features.  Three Pentair MagicStream deck jets and two Pentair ColorVision bubblers make this pool a stunner in the evenings.  

We've been building some pretty amazing things in small yards.  Even a smaller body of water with a cabana or shade structure makes a huge impact.  

Both of these pools are relatives small, but they are also high end featuring sophisticated water features, paver decks, and both sport steel cabanas/pergolas with a beautiful outdoor kitchen.  Great landscaping rounds out what becomes a breathtaking (albeit smaller) backyard.

Both of these pools were finished in the Fall of 2024.

While we've built numerous pools for Toll Brother's model homes, this one takes the cake (so far).  This amazing project completed in 2024 features three bodies of water: pool, spa and catch basin all interconnected with gutters and troughs to reimagine what hydraulics can look like in a residential backyard.  

The pool and spa both feature a true infinity edge.  In this case, a 'Lautner Edge' or true perimeter overflow.  This keeps the water levels in the pool and spa even with the patio.  There is no drop off from coping to water, which is more common in residential pools. 

The project also features numerous decks and level with varied finishes such as turf, pavers, grass, or even a putt-putt course.  

A fire pit, cabana, and play space rough out one of the most stunning back yards in the Hill Country.
